***DIALECTS is Important To Us, Especially in COMMUNICATION***

What is all about the word "LANGUAGE"? "LANGUAGE" is the human speech or the written symbols for speech; any means of communication; a special set of symbols used for programming a computer; the speech of a particular nation, etc.; and the particular style of verbal expression characteristic of a person, group, profession, etc.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE is the international language of the whole world while FILIPINO LANGUAGE is the national language of the Philippines.

In the Philippines, there are many dialects that we use. But the most popular dialects is the English and the Filipino Dialect. And what do you think language, this is important or not? For me, language is important to me because if there is no language o dialect that we can use, we will not understand each other, especially in communicating to the other country or to the people. So that, we can promote peace end order in one nation.

Proper speaking always with kindness is the much important to us for us to learn, even though if our grammar is not correct. But the most important in using our dialects or language is, we have the attitude of peace and order and of course the discipline of one country. And this is the key of being success in one nation or country.

So, LANGUAGE is the very important in terms of communication to the other country.

"A Helthy People: Makes Us Happy"

Nutrition... Nutrition... Nutrition... What do you think about the word "NUTRITION"? For me, NUTRITION is the study of the human diet and it is the act or process by which plants and animals take in and assimilate food in their system.

This month of JULY, we celebrated the "NUTRITION MONTH". The theme is "Wastong Nutrisiyon, Kailangan, Lifestyle Disease, Iwasan". There are many contest like the "NUTRI JINGLE, COOK FEST, FOOD FEST, and many more".

There are many ways that people can do if he or she is healthy like exercising in the morning, eat nutrition food such as fresh vegetable, fruits and plenty of vitamins and protein, drink a 12 glasses of water everyday, and all the foods that it is nutritious.

The people who is healthy are, we will see in his or her body if he or she is in the right way in caring their self and if he or she is not experiencing a diseases like fever, flu, and the flu virus called A(H1N1) flu virus. So, we can prevent all the diseases that we have.

A "PROPER NUTRITION" is important to us especially in our body. So, we can still continue a proper nutrition in our body.
